Plastic Surgery Lead Generation

Do you have enough leads coming into your office on a daily, weekly or monthly basis? Do you know where your referrals come from and how they heard about you? More importantly, do you know why they come to you? It’s important to ask yourself all of these questions to determine how to successfully bring in business. This way you know where your business is coming from, which techniques of yours are working (so you can put more emphasis on them), and which techniques are not working as well (so you can abandon them). There are ways to not have to constantly worry about updating your marketing to ensure business. Here a few tips for how you can do this.

First, add a lead capture form to your website with an auto-responder. Make this visible on all of the pages of your website. This way, people can voluntarily fill in their information in a simple and convenient way that will make people more likely to feel compelled to sign up. After all, if getting plastic surgery is just a short form away, many people will feel more inclined to give it a shot. People tend to prefer to wait until they are approached about a business offer, rather than going to the offer themselves.

Next, offer something for free or at a discount. Customers certainly will be more likely to consider something as costly as plastic surgery if they see that benefits, such as freebies and discounts, are offered as part of the package. This can come in the form of a free guidebook or special reports on tummy tucks or nose jobs. This will not only help to assure the customer, but also make them feel as if they are receiving special, bonus treatments for signing up with you. You can also cite industry numbers and statistics to help them feel even more comfortable by using a level of authority on the subject matter. Try to avoid “sales pitching” as much as possible. Just talking about the information should be enough of an encouragement in itself, without being off putting.

Build out a lead/sequencing system. After they enter their information, send a confirmation email with a little extra advertisement involved in it to pique their interest. Start building the relationship with good, informative content and consistent contact, without overdoing it of course. This will set your relationship up for the long term. Create user-friendly pages by avoiding too many graphics and text. Make your site easy to navigate by making the home page no further than 2-3 clicks away. Every page should have clear labels so the visitor knows exactly what’s going on.

Finally, try to make your website search-friendly. Don’t use heavy-flash, javascript or frames for your website. Make sure your page is certified in Yahoo, Google, and Bing local maps. Track everything with a free web analytics tool like Google Analytics. It would also be in your best interest to provide a blog with useful tips, tricks and information from the industry.
