Some of you might remember our post about 3 weeks ago about one of our campaigns which resulted in 57 new Botox patients in 30 days for one of our clients. Well we have some new results to share. Through some tweaking of the campaign this client has seen 83 Botox coupon completions in the past 30 days. If they continue at this rate, over 12 months that would be 996 new Botox patients.
This is the direct result of driving 526 visitors to the Botox page over the last 30 days. These results are not instantaneous. They have been gradually increasing over the course of this campaign — which ultimately is the goal.
As you can see in the graphic below, 23% of visitors to the Botox page on this site continued on to the coupon form page. And 55% of visitors to the coupon form page completed the coupon. Completing a coupon includes providing a name, birthdate, email address and phone number.
Based on these and similar statistics, we know where to look for improvements in the process. For instance last month we made a slight change to the presentation of the coupon which resulted in a higher click-through-rate of the coupon.
One of our favorite quotes is that you can’t grow what you can’t measure. This is exactly the reason why a consistent, repeatable review process for any online campaign is needed. If it’s worth investing money in, it’s probably worth measuring to see if the investment was successful.
